Terms Of Service

1. Parties and Scope

These General Terms govern all agreements between Client and Cat's Dream Designs Sp. z o.o., ul. Adolfa Pawińskiego 22, 02-106 Warszawa (KRS: 0000XXXXXX, NIP: XXXXXXXXXX).

2. Services

Web design, UI/UX design, corporate websites, creative portfolios, SaaS interfaces, mobile UI, UX audits. All services delivered digitally as Figma files, assets, and documentation.

3. Quotation and Acceptance

Quotes valid for 14 days. Contract formed upon written acceptance (including email). Scope defined in the project brief attached to each quote.

4. Payment Terms

Projects under €200: 100% upfront. Projects €200-€500: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Projects over €500: 40% upfront, 30% at midpoint, 30% on delivery. Payment via Stripe in EUR. VAT 23% for Polish clients. Reverse charge for EU B2B with valid VAT ID. Late payment interest per Art. 481 Kodeks Cywilny.

5. Intellectual Property

All design files become client property upon full payment (Art. 64 Ustawa o prawie autorskim). Cat's Dream Designs retains portfolio usage rights (anonymised). Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts) licensed separately per their terms.

6. Revisions

Kitten: 1 round. Cat: 2 rounds. Lion: unlimited within scope. Additional rounds: €64.80/round.

7. Consumer Rights (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta)

Consumers per Art. 22¹ KC have a 14-day withdrawal right (Art. 27 Ustawa o prawach konsumenta, Dz.U. 2014 poz. 827). Exception: Art. 38(1) — services fully performed with prior express consent. EU ODR: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Limitation of Liability

Liability limited to the project value. We are not liable for: client delays in providing content/feedback, third-party hosting issues, or results dependent on factors outside design (e.g. marketing spend, product quality).

9. Governing Law

Polish law. Court: Sąd Rejonowy dla m.st. Warszawy. Last updated: March 2026.
