14-day withdrawal per Art. 27 Ustawa o prawach konsumenta. Exception: Art. 38(1) — fully performed services with prior consent.

2. Before Work Begins

Full refund. No fee.

3. During Design

Discovery complete: 15% retained. Wireframes delivered: 40%. Final design delivered: revision right (no refund).

4. Method

5-10 business days via Stripe. Updated: March 2026.
